How to place your order:

Do you want to pick up the goods by yourself?

Opening hours:
Monday to Thursday 9:00 - 16:00,
Friday 9:00 - 14:00 (Nov. - Dec. 9:00 - 16:00).

Order:

Is there a minimum order?
The minimum order is 100 € net. There is no minimum purchase quantity.
How to understand the favourable prices?
All prices are net prices plus VAT. All prices are valid ex works in Delmenhorst.

Discounts

Are there any discounts?
Yes!
Orders exceeding 250,- € --> 3 % discount
orders exceeding 500,- € --> 5 % discount
orders exceeding 1.500,- € --> 7 % discount
Do you grant discount for early payment?
Yes!
For payment within 14 days 2 % discount and within 30 days net payment; for prepayment orders 3 %.

Shipment and delivery:

How will my order be delivered?
We always deliver with DHL or one of our trusting forwarding agencies. The freight charges will be calculated by the weight and the volume of ordered goods.
Do you do drop shipping?
Only for deliveries exceeding the minimum order of 100 €.
Could I mention a different delivery address?
Yes, that's possible.
How long does it take to get the goods?
Normally the dispatch takes place within 2 working days after the incoming order. From experience with DHL they need 3 or 4 working days for the delivery.
Will you do subsequent deliveries for out of stock items?
No, please reorder these items together with your next order (with a minimum of 100 €).

Payment

How can I do the payment?
The invoice can be paid by bank transfer
What are the bank details?
You will find the bank details on the front cover.

Returns

Who do I contact if something is not o.k.?
Please contact our customer service at the above mentioned times and the above mentioned telephone numbers
Can I return the goods?
Please contact us if any item is defective. We will find a solution.

For the first login please use your customer number as the user name and your postcode as a temporary password. And afterwards please change this password into a six-digit password.
